This product is not suitable for medium-sized smartphones. You should state that in the description. It seems more suited to old-school flip phones. This should give you a good idea of the size before placing an order. I was happy to collect my item only to find that the original box had already been opened which at first led me to believe someone had returned it sooner. Then there are clues on the front with a chart showing if your phone will fit between those lines. , do not try to collect. Turns out mine doesn't work either. I'm sure the same box will be returned 3-4 more times this month.😁
