I like that it is easy to use but not too user friendly for someone new. Once you learn how it works its very helpful in keeping track of all my important paperwork! Its great if your looking into getting different forms or contracts saved so you don't need multiple copies around just have one place to keep them. It can become confusing as there are many types of files created by our office which make organizing papers difficult sometimes. You will be able to see where information resides easily when viewing reports. Tracking bills/payments has never been easier than this product allows us to do!
