I like that they are able to deliver results for my business in terms of generating new leads, opportunities or even just awareness about our brand. It's also nice having someone there who can help me navigate through all the different platforms available with them. They have good people at their core - always happy-to-help. Sometimes it is not clear if you're talking with an actual person (vs some automated bot system) but this doesn't really impact how helpful they've been when we need answers for questions related to service delivery. We use Brew PR as part of a larger integrated marketing plan so we get great value from being included in multiple channels across many campaigns. Having someone working within one firm handle both SEO and social media aspects gives us peace of mind knowing everything will be done well together.
