I've had many different companies over my 15 years as a network administrator to work for which have included small businesses all the way up to large corporations like Oracle Corp., Lockheed Martin etc.. The one thing every employer always looks at when hiring someone was how friendly you are towards others. If they can't deal well around people then it's not good news! So far this team seems very easy going but also knowledgeable about networking solutions. They seem pretty flexible if we need them too help out during off hours or weekends since our schedules don't exactly line up perfectly each day.
