Easy replacement and adjustment
Used in a private two-story single-family house. It replaced a rented device of the same model. Monthly rent has been removed. It was surprisingly called Frontier instead of Verizon, but seemed to work the same for the weeks I spent during my visit. I haven't heard of any problems since Verizon greatly increased speeds a month ago. I think up to 200+ megabits/sec.
