This key has allowed me to replace my worn key fob, remote lock chip and immobilizer chip. You need to open both halves of the remote control side and the key side, and replace the immobilizer chip on the key side and the remote control lock board on the other side.2. I used an OEM silicone/rubber cover for the PCB surface as the one provided didn't fit well enough to close it. YMMV.3. I got a key from a hardware store and it worked4. The keys don't click as well as others have mentioned, but for the price I can live with that. I broke the emblem trying to get to the original key screw so I had to throw it all away. 6. This clam is literally a clam. I tried to program a new key without changing the immobilizer chip. After the replacement, I didn't have to reprogram the machine. If anyone knows where to get a sticker for the key please let me know. LAUGH OUT LOUD.
