I took a risk and it was a very good decision! I wanted a good set but hate cleaning so I was still looking for something with a non-stick coating. I've had them for a few months now and they are the best pots and pans I've ever had. Good weight, heats up quickly and bakes evenly. This is especially handy when you want to boil a lot of water quickly. My favorite quality is how easily food slides out of the pan, even things that tend to make a mess or get bitten/crusted on other pans (scrambled eggs spring to mind). The other day my husband accidentally burned some red beans and rice and I was worried the pot he was using would be ruined or difficult to clean. To our delight, even the burnt food literally slipped out of the pan straight into the bin! For me, the time and effort saved when cleaning is worth it. The set is also great and feels high quality. Very satisfied.
