The best part about this app was that it helped me save time by automating all my tasks which were usually done manually in other apps like WhatsApp or Facebook messenger bot etc! It's not so much useful but I think they should consider adding more features because sometimes when i use their chatbots service for some queries there are no answers provided even after waiting almost 1 hour from them!! And also while using its free version you cannot send many broadcast chats at once as compared with paid versions where u r able do multiple broadcasts simultaneously without any issue I like that it is very easy to use and understand the process. It also has great integrations with other platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and Slack. The support team is also very helpful in answering any questions or doubts you may have. None at all. It's just an amazing platform. We are using this technology for our marketing efforts. It helps us reach more people and engage them.
