Reference: I'm 6ft 2in, 188lbs, waist 34in, size L fits me perfectly! It's 100% polyester, which means it's not only more durable, but also washes better. The colors are exactly the same as shown in the pictures, but the size chart is inaccurate. that I ordered three more! It's hard to find the right tracksuit and even harder to find this quality. Three thumbs up!
