Do yourself a favor and try it out.
I've only been using it for about two weeks but the overall feel of my hair has improved a bit. This is the third shampoo/conditioner I've tried to help and the only one that actually made a difference. I have very damaged dry ends and it's a total of 180 degrees difference but it definitely helped. I hope it gets even better with time.
