I am rather suspicious of this type of plastic product but so far it has exceeded all expectations, it took about 2 weeks. It is firmly connected to the vent and does not sag. I love that when the power goes out the hands open to release the phone and when you dock the phone and start the car (and turn on the power) it closes to automatically dock the phone. This is a surprisingly solid device, especially for the price.
