Ideal for picking up pet hair and dander. They hold the fur in place instead of dropping clumps and dust as you move. I place the pad off-center on the squeegee handle, with a large ridge on the front leading edge. I keep that big edge forward while I squeeze the dust mop, making S-curves as needed. From time to time I press this edge along with the accumulated lint against the baseboard of the wall to secure the lint and collect more and more. The pads are sent to the laundry and are in excellent condition. I've washed them dozens of times with other microfiber towels and mop heads with regular liquid detergent. I usually take a minute and vacuum the collected dirt off of this mop head before washing it, which keeps fur from settling on the other microfiber cloths in this boot. Realizing how easy it is now to clean the floor, I ordered to keep rotating while I gather a full load of towels.
