Review on πŸ–₯️ Enhance Your Entertainment Area with Convenience Concepts Designs2Go XL Two Tier Swivel Riser, Black by Justin Elmore

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Overall a good and inexpensive large 2-tier swivel stand

This large 2-tier swivel stand suits my application of holding my flat screen TV over the center speaker of my AV rack as shown. in the adjacent photo. Although the Q&A states otherwise that the distance from the top of the bottom shelf to the bottom of the top shelf is between 7 inches and 9 inches depending on the source of information, I measured this distance from what I call 6 and 7 received /8 inches. I measured the maximum height of my center speaker which is in the middle of the speaker and it was 7 inches. As you can see in the photo that accompanies this review, I was able to squeeze the speaker between the shelves because the chipboard shelves flex a bit. This two-tier swivel stand supports my 46-inch flat panel TV on a stand that weighs 42.1 pounds according to the TV's specs. with stand. With this TV, its stand, and the center speaker mounted on it, this two-tier swivel stand rotates smoothly without dragging, binding, or making grating noises. The 2 tier rotating stand arrived on time with no damage and all its parts. The assembly instructions are clear and assembly is easy. I'm taking a star off my rating because the listing on Revain doesn't list the materials that make up this item making it impossible to know if the shelves are covered. chipboard, MDF or natural wood and whether the support bars are metal or plastic coated before purchasing the item. Looking at the side openings on the shelves, it seems to me that the shelves are covered with chipboard. The handrails look and feel like coated plastic. At this price, these materials are expected, but the seller should list them in the product description on the product listing. The seller must also specify the internal spacing between shelves so that the consumer does not have to rely on the widely differing and inaccurate answers given by other consumers in the Q&A area.
