Review on ๐Ÿ›’ Makita TR00000001 'Macpak' Trolley - Multi-Colour: Convenient and Stylish Storage Solution by Bob Fasho

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The perfect trolley for Makita bulkhead containers!

I really like this trolley. I can't believe it's that hard to find in the US. I even went straight to the Makita website. Sold out! The other options available in the US were ugly to me personally (I don't like the green and white; only the Festool wheelbase was available at the time of my search) and it didn't look as good as this Makita wagon. . So I was excited to see this item available through Revain UK! Shipping from the UK was pretty quick too. [I was lucky enough to get this at a very good price! It was cheaper (even shipping from the UK, less than $120) than buying a Festool trolley; that I see available now. (Follow the price of this car and wait for it to drop below $200, chances are it won't drop below $120 again). -- Not sure if they are no longer made or only made for the UK/Europe. , or when they are completely phased out and the UK is the only country that still has supplies. When they are retired, expect the price to keep going up.] I am very surprised at how durable this unit is. The strap works great when securing containers. I like this cart when not in use, the bottom folds down for easy storage and takes up less space. -- I've noticed that this isn't an option on the Festool (although it does have a nice bottom drawer, which I don't see as a loss compared to Makita's folding ability). I also appreciate that the Makita can handle loads of up to 275 pounds compared to the Festool 220. I have no doubt that the carrying capacity of this cart is accurate. medium (6 1/2" tall) and 1 small (4 3/8" tall) lockable bins per cart. There is 12 inches of space between the struts and there is a blue plastic Makita emblem in front of the handlebars. - As it is; Most likely I can get by with adding a very large (12 1/2" tall) interconnected container (worst case scenario I'll omit the small one), or adding another large one, or stacking on top of another set of medium and small interconnected containers This is a mini beast I'm glad For everything I needed and was looking for this Makita cart met my needs It also helps if not ugly when you're around the house for a long time and it easy is to roll out the rails and go somewhere else. etc.) so I have no idea how that would work for this type of need. It works great for my home and property.
