Can't believe all the good reviews
This border is so wide it covers both the state name at the top and more importantly the labels at the bottom. I can't imagine it's legal anywhere, but I know for sure that it's definitely not here in Minnesota. I mean, yes, it looks great, feels solid, and is easy to install. But what's the point if your license plate becomes illegal? Will return.
