I like the fact that they offer great customer support. They are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their customer support team is very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing I dislike about them is their pricing structure. It's extremely expensive for small businesses. As soon as you reach $100K/month in sales, they charge quite a bit more. That being said, if your business is not generating over $100K/month in sales, this platform will not be worth it. We have been able to see a significant increase in our sales since we started using Nexway Monetize.
