Activator doesn’t work

The dip activator never hardened. It turned to rubber. The base coat worked just fine though. This is the only Saviland product that I’ve had an issue with & own quite a bit if their products.

Can be used on toes for a comprehensive pedicure

Cons

May stain clothing or other surfaces if spilled
