It was actually unpacked very quickly (within 6 hours) and I was able to sleep on it the same day I received it. I've been sleeping on it every day for a month now. It's long enough for my 5'7" body to lie flat without my legs protruding and supportive enough where neither I nor my 190 lb friend touch the floor in any reclined position (back, side, stomach) If you step directly on it you will of course feel the ground, but it's good lying down!It arrived in a clean condition and I was concerned because some complained about the chemical smell, but mine was virtually odorless.Great Bought for $ , really improved my sleep quality Edit: It's been 7 months since I received this mattress I slept on it almost every day and after 3 months it started sagging After about 6 months it became almost unusable as it kept "overbending" in the middle. It causes me a lot of pain in my back as it's so arched/inclined. It's like trying to sleep in a bowl - I've had it many times Turned and swiveled For the price I was hoping it would last at least a year before needing a replacement. I'll throw it away as soon as I find a replacement.
