Has my Uniclife 80 GPH UL80 submersible water pump worked at all? Yes. Did they have suction power? Yes, but hardly and definitely not what was advertised on the page. I bought two for $8.99 each to use on small fountains. They did not work as intended for this use. The water barely rose above the surface. He didn't go up three inches. I can use these pumps to circulate water but not for what I bought them for based on their advertising. They didn't work because the suction was too weak and didn't care if the flow control was turned all the way left or right. At first I thought it was my fault for not adjusting the flow rate, but when I adjusted both fully, one pump didn't pump higher (!), and the other lifted the water about two inches more. I really hate false advertising as I am fully aware that people cannot fully see the products they are buying and I hate wasting time and money. I will no longer trust this product or seller and to be honest I went to another site and ordered new submersible pumps for a few bucks more. They really work. To say I was disappointed with this purchase would be an understatement. I no longer trust what is now so easily advertised and I definitely go for one star reviews first and tend to trust those reviews.
