So far I like this product.

So far I like this product very much. It seems to suppress my appetite a bit. I haven't been taking it that long so I haven't seen a difference in hair and nails yet. I felt better this week while taking it and lost a few pounds, but I also ate sensibly and exercised. Time will tell how well this works.
