The software is easy enough for an individual user with little or no technical skills but powerful at scale when used by teams of people working together towards common goals using tools like Slack etc., It's great that it works across multiple platforms including Android/iOS as well which makes life easier than having separate apps! A lot more work can be done in terms of improving customer support so I would suggest looking into how they are supporting their customers outside London too - there was one where we were unable even get through automated menus without assistance from someone local who could speak English reasonably fluently (and not just translate). We've been able solve some very tricky supply-chain issues such has tracing stolen product back down its original supplier path within days rather then months previously taking years due mainly because our previous system didn't have this capability builtin outof box!!
