When I removed the bubble wrap from my palette it was covered in a sticky substance. I didn't know what it was but it was awful considering it was only on the box with the palette inside, but still made me uncomfortable. After that, I wasn't as excited as I used to be. I opened my palette and found several jars of shadows sticking out of the palette. I didn't take pictures of it because I just had to put it back in place, but in hindsight I had to. I have never received a palette with dispensing trays in 5 years of collecting cosmetics. The palette is fine. I love the variety of colors and they are creamy but I wouldn't say they compare to the Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadow like some of the other reviews say. Kind of a disappointment for my first Lime Crime purchase. Maybe it's because it's not from Lime Crime itself? Who knows.
