I can't say anything negative because there really isn't much I dislike in terms of functionality. You will need someone who knows how to use computer systems well so you won't be able to do everything yourself but if your personnal assistant/tech support member is knowledgeable enough then all problems are solved. Since we were not having any previous experience with such kind of products, he guided us through every step patiently until we got used to using it. There wasn't anyone who had issues while installing it since the installation process was simple and straightforward.
