So the screen size and body are very good, but there are some issues. The first tablet I bought had a dead spot on the tablet and wouldn't hold a charge to save your life. I have now received a free replacement but am still dealing with the touchscreen issue. I bought this tablet for my daughter to use ABC Mouse and Adventure Academy but she can't even play most games. EXAMPLE: Try playing a matching game where you have to move letters, words or shapes to make them match. No, it's a complete failure. Oh and one more problem. If you hold down the power button and turn up the volume at the same time, it goes into blind mode and navigation is nearly impossible. After some research I found out that this is the only way to disable blind mode. Overall, the tablet itself has some nice features, but I'll never buy it again. I don't know if I got a bad batch or if it's just a tablet defect. If I was within the free return period, I would return it and just order the Fire Tablet again. I've never had any problems with this brand.
