If you are looking for a projector or an alternative to a large TV, look no further! Inside the stylish, compact and sleek exterior lies a durable, high quality and BRIGHT projector that will delight you for years to come. I bought a projector for entertainment at family gatherings so we could watch movies and play games together. A regular TV would be too small for everyone to see at once, let alone inaccessible. I also wanted something I could take with me, from living room projections to a basement or even a garage. What a great idea to be able to take this sturdy little box with you anywhere and project it onto any surface - just grab and go! Out of the box little to no additional setup was required other than powering a remote with three AAA batteries and turning it into an acclimatized one with an intuitive menu. I plugged an HDMI cable into the HD port on the back of the projector and it was immediately recognized by Windows 10 as a second screen. I was able to drag the movie from my main screen onto the projector - it worked flawlessly. I also copied the movie to a USB drive and plugged it into the projector's USB port. I chose "DMP" from the projector's menu and chose "Cinema". Movies were shown on the flash drive I chose and they played instantly with LOUD, clear surround sound! The projector also supports a variety of input methods that I haven't tried yet, including Bluetooth, AV-in, and Airplay. The projector supports USB-C, the latest USB type and the future of USB. Many phones, like older Androids, rely on micro-USB, which is being phased out. The latest phones are equipped with USB-C, so you can show your phone's screen on a projector. The makers of the projector have thought this through well for the future. Speaking of the future, the projector will support future firmware updates should they ever be needed. When I bought this product I knew I would not be disappointed. I do my due diligence before I buy anything and have previously purchased two portable jump starters from manufacturers (sellers) who have proven to be super reliable and have saved me from a tow truck call on a number of occasions. I tested the projector and launcher (mentioned above) along with the DC/AC cigarette lighter converter (see my photos) - and now I can project my film anywhere on the go! I plan to drive to the beach or the woods, throw a white sheet over my truck and bring some lawn chairs - it will be relaxing to get away from the outdoor world.
