My suction is incredibly bad, I hooked it up to my car and tried to pick up some dirt but the suction was so weak even my hand was right in front of it, I almost could don't even feel like it's working. The instructions were also in Chinese (which isn't a problem as it's easy to understand), but the fact that this is a my car vacuum that doesn't actually pick up dirt in my car is a deal breaker for me. I wish I could say it sucks. But if I were to say it, I would say it worked and it didn't work. Edit: They contacted me and fixed my issues, customer service was great.
