For larger sizes #4 or larger, a few fine cuts with a dremel can lock the clevis spring more firmly in the S-bend. This MFR sells a regular locking clasp carabiner, I'm not sure why this option isn't available for these types. Or maybe just a heavier gauge wire spring to increase S-bend tension?
