I ended up buying 3 different brands of blocks for my little one. In hindsight I would have bought it. I've never heard of this brand, but they are way better than Melissa & Doug blocks (which are meant for junk). They're almost as good as the most expensive of the three and a lot better for the price. These blocks are well finished and sanded and then painted with an attractive high gloss finish. It seems they will continue; They haven't worn much in over a year of playing. The wood appears to be quite dense and not deformed at all. They aren't as hefty as the larger "Lewo" brand blocks I bought for my kid and the finish isn't as nice, but you get a lot more for the dollar. affordable and your kid will love them.
