In general, I like the bracelet. I originally bought it to track sleep and activity - it copes with this. How well is an open question. it seems that steps and pulse are counted accurately, but tracking sleep phases raises some questions. Some pros: holds a charge well, dust and moisture resistant, intuitive application, convenient strap and the possibility of its replacement Different cons: the iOS application clearly lacks functionality that is not in a hurry to be added. can't automatically measure heart rate
