Review on Dash Cam Mount Holder Different by Tim Paolucci

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Fits Roav C1 with minor modifications.

Basically I got this because I had a new car and wanted to move a Roav C1 DVR. Unfortunately the 3M mount got messed up trying to remove it from my old car and I have already used the second mount that came with the Roav. I took a chance because the picture shows it supports the Roav C1 as a mounting option. It has a mount that works with the Roav C1, but it's a bit wonky. I'm not worried about dropping the dash cam and from the footage I reviewed it doesn't shake enough while driving to cause video problems. After riding it a bit, I reinforced the mounting clamp with some tape to make it a little more secure, just to be on the safe side. I like that it attaches to the rear view mirror so I don't have to worry about moving the dash cam to another car if needed. To clarify, I have this bracket in a 2016 Honda Civic EX-T and it fits perfectly. I was a bit worried as the C1 was meant to be more horizontal to the windshield, but the mount's adjustability meant I was able to get the camera at the right angle with ease. It's a bit annoying to access the controls and screen since they're on the underside of the dashcam, but it doesn't really affect the camera's capabilities since you can access the video from your smartphone. Overall, despite small flaws. Cons, I'm happy with this mount for the price.
