Review on 🖋️ Covergirl Perfect Point Eyeliner Quantity by Matt Pratt

I have been using this eyeliner for many years and have always loved it. It is easy to apply and just as easy to rinse off. It smudges and rubs off when you rub your eyes, so you have to be careful. But I'm used to it and it doesn't bother me because I gently touch my eyes. However, both pencils in this pack had issues. One felt a bit dry and crumbly and the other had trouble turning when moving the product and was broken. I've never had a problem shopping at stores so I don't know what the problem is with them. I will probably continue to shop in stores in the future.
