These cups are perfect for making cappuccino. The double-walled design is functional and elegant. The problem I had was that the bladder on the bottom wasn't fully formed or filled and water leaked into the double wall construction. We contacted the manufacturer and they promptly replaced the faulty mug with another in a complete set! Talk about customer service!
