The o-ring broke on the first attempt to insert the inserts because it was too large in diameter. The case was protruding in two different places, underneath it looks like it was sitting in water or mold. I don't see a huge problem with the setup, it makes it easy to install just about any seal, bearing or cage the way you can fold it. The o-ring and weak body is really the main downside of this whole setup. The weight really needs to come from a case with at least twice the plastic as there is now.
