Fits perfectly and works great!
This is exactly the part I need to repair the hard coded hybrid ventilation system, actuator. It took about an hour from start to finish after watching the repair video on YouTube. I disconnected the negative battery cable to fix it and when I reconnected it and drove my Ford Escape Hybrid 06 the code was gone! Not bad for $20! Very happy!
