Bought this thing because while playing Ghost of Tsushima (great game btw) my PS4 started to overheat and shut down for safety reasons. I recently put my PS4 in a closet and it was loudly trying to cool down in this enclosed space. This cooling pad really helped. My PS4 hasn't turned off at all due to overheating since I've been using it. And now I can also charge my controllers on the cooling pad. It's a little difficult to connect them, but that's mainly because I'm trying to connect them in the dark. The only thing that doesn't really matter, mostly just a curiosity to me, is that this thing seems to work long after I turn it off. It's downstairs where I sleep, so I never hear it. In general, an excellent option in terms of price / functionality. I recommend this product
