The pain is 99% gone! - Hand, arm and finger rests
The little twist throttle on my e-bike is my tennis elbow. Unbearable pain for two weeks. Tylenol, massage, tape. more pain The strap arrived at 9:30 am. i put it on It is now 5:45pm and after wearing it all day I have no pain in full range of motion! It still hurts a bit to open a bottle of lemonade, but the difference is stunning! I'm not a doctor, but if you're pretty sure it's your problem after watching some YouTube videos about tennis elbow, I recommend giving it a try. my tan I was hoping for black but maybe I didn't pay enough attention to my order.
