Very useful. Ordered after a horrible prep deck experience and decided to go with the KISS principle - just better. It elevates my workspace a bit, which can be good or bad depending on your height. However, this is a nice smooth cutting board. On one side there is a milled juicer, on the other side it is smooth. Containers are heavy and can be stacked as high as you like. I like to use the waste recess before I transfer the cut veggies to a new container. It allows me to prepare multiple meals in advance without worrying about breakable items.
