On a business trip I got a company apartment that had a small Sony TV with only 1 HDMI input. I have WD Live+ to watch movie files off a USB stick, so I had a hard time deciding which device would get high resolution (Xbox or WD) or had to constantly toggle HDMI for each use. The TV had an HD component input, so this cable quickly and effectively solved my little dilemma. 5 Stars.
