These diapers aren't thick enough to keep my baby's arms down, but we use the double-wrap technique (check it out on YouTube. It's life-changing) and fold a small blanket into a triangle initially wrap his arms around the sides, then pull this wrap over. Works amazing and has no loose fabric like traditional diapers. I also have regular zip nappies but they have become too short for our tall baby. This fishtail has way more leg room! The only thing that could improve the situation is the presence of armholes that could be opened when the child began to ride.
