It's heavy and feels sturdy, the connector for the handheld can move but I didn't like that it's bent, it would be better if it were straight because it limits the size of the shower head you can install. I was installing a fairly wide one, about 6" in diameter and I had to turn the handheld rest to the side then turn the handheld in. There is some reduction in flow, I had to turn on the water more to get water flowing from larger shower head whereas it was enough to flow through smaller handheld shower. The switch turns easily.
