I must admit that my most recent shopping experience at EHM was unsatisfactory. Although their focus on appliances for the house and kitchen as well as water coolers and filters may appear impressive, I discovered that their selection of products is fairly constrained when compared to those of other online retailers. In addition, the products' quality fell short of what I had anticipated. Their cooking equipment were of substandard quality, and the water filter pitcher I bought was not as efficient as claimed. My experience with their customer service was another significant problem. It took them a few days to react after I complained about a damaged product to their support personnel, and even then, their answer was inadequate. Despite having reasonable costs, EHM's product selection and customer service are inferior to those of its rivals. To anyone looking for high-quality kitchen and home goods as well as a dependable buying experience, I would not suggest EHM.
