I ordered this for the guest room that sleeps three. We had an older twin size mattress and upgraded it with a topper. this made our other mattress pad fit too tightly and slide up. This said deep pockets, so I ordered it. It fits great. It's an XL, and it fits up to 18". Truth is, I measured and, with the topper, the mattress is about 18" exactly, and this fits over with just enough room to get the pad caught underneath for a nice fit. Deep pocket sheets are much easier to find than these mattress pads.I'm so happy with this, we're ordering an identical one for my mother in law who recently got a hospital bed in her apartment. That bed is advertised as an XL twin, so hopefully this will fit, too.Great pad, nice and thick and cushioned. Looks beautiful on the bed (even though it will be covered by sheets.Recommended.
