Lightbulb didn't work. So I bought an $8 replacement bulb and I'm still confused and can't connect the bulb to the remote or adjust the lighting settings. Therefore, the lamp does not work properly. There is no customer service contact number, but the instructions recommend that you email them and they contact the buyer to help set them up. I sent an email and am still waiting to be contacted. The lamp is really pretty, but I can't get it to work properly. I've spent too much time trying to get this lamp to work. *UPDATE I have to give more stars because Revain and the seller's customer service is exceptional!
