I like that you can have multiple campaigns, so if one campaign ends but another has more time left to run it's easy, simple as just changing the end date! It would be great if there was an option to select what percentage goes towards your own donations vs fundraising costs instead of having all 100% go straight into my budget line item with no way to break down how much should come from myself versus other sources. Also - sometimes when using this software (or any) in conjunction with Google Analytics or some other analytics tool, it seems difficult to know which source comes through where because they both show up under "donations." Great product overall though- very user friendly and intuitive. We use this system at our organization to keep track of donor information including gifts given/received over various years, etc.
