Revainrating 4 out of 5

It might be a great computer, but not if it doesn't work.

Delivered quickly and on time. The packaging was good with no signs of careless handling. When unpacked, the computer looked normal. But from that moment everything went downhill. When you turn it on, nothing happened except for the keyboard backlight. The fans didn't turn on, the lights didn't turn on, there was no response at all. spent hours checking all the cables to make sure they were all connected properly. Everything turned out fine. Still no life when the switch was on. I spoke to CyberPower Tech Support and they agreed that the PSU must be defective, but other than sending the computer for repair or sending me a new PSU there was nothing they could do to help. I appreciated the offer but decided I didn't want to get involved in the process of sending a new computer back to the factory for inspection or starting component replacements on my end. When I buy a new TV I want it to work the first time I turn it on. The same goes for a new microwave or other appliance. So I sent it back to Revain (thank heaven for their customer-friendly return policy). End of transaction! Isn't it too much to expect a new computer to be factory tested? I noticed a small sticker on the back of the computer which I interpreted to mean that the computer came with quality components but was not tested as a fully assembled computer. I think CyberPower PC needs to clean up their final review report. In case anyone is wondering, my computer data is from the 1960s. Really disappointed but I think I'll just stick with ASUS/DELL/HP in the world and avoid the "rack and stack" computer industry.
