Great for the right portions!
They helped a lot with portion control. Each side is 0.6 oz, so the entire container is just over a cup. I cook them ahead of time and keep them in the fridge so when I get hungry I can just grab and go. I load one side with protein like cubes of meat or cheese and the other side with grapes or pretzels. I use one side for chicken salad and the other side for pretzels and the pretzels never got wet, even after a few days in the fridge. I am ordering another set today because I find them very useful!
