Review on 🚽 Convenient Gray Squatty Potty Porta Traveler: Foldable 7" Height Toilet Stool for Travel by Jason Cho

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works well but design could be better

I have the original (white) Hock potty at home but wanted to get one for long trips as my medical team felt it was essential for me. I wanted something portable but equally effective. Well, here are the pros and cons. :) Advantages1. Easily fits in a medium sized suitcase or carry-on luggage.2. The angles and height are more or less the same as the original, although your knees will be closer together since the foot position is less "splayed".3. Folds to a reasonable size.4. Works just as well as the non-foldable version. Disadvantages1. Go to jail gray only. For real? Come on. Do you want me to get depressed when I see this in my boudoir and feel like I'm about to be punished? ;)2. The latches for locking and unlocking are very firm. The first time he collapsed on top of my husband because he didn't want to try too hard to fix his legs. Locks are really noisy. got jet lag? Forget using it secretly in the middle of the night and don't wake up the family. A loud "bang" might even make them think someone has fireworks nearby. Not discreet.4. When the legs are folded in, the latches suddenly give way. I have some bruises on my fingers from misjudging when the latch allows me to fold the bench. However, I would buy another one if needed, but would prefer the white and upgraded clasps. Please. pretty please
