This material is difficult to work with because it is so thin, pull the threads, which breaks more often, than that it completely bypasses whatever you install. Worked on watering pop-ups with 1/2" pipe threads and took three or more attempts to cover the fittings. Can't complain about the amount, but you need a bunch to eventually cover the strands.
