They were delivered quickly but no instructions. Of course it was fairly easy to figure out how to mount them on an RV, also it would be useful to see if they should be top and bottom or side mounted. Also - these are separate pieces - the metal and black plastic weren't fused together, so they kept slipping out when we tried to align them. We bought two packs, one was great and one had the wrong holes drilled in the plastic so we had to fix it. All in all a big improvement over our previous door holders and now that we have them we love them!
