I don't have any drawers in my bathroom cabinet and I can hardly find a place for my combs, including large round brushes. This plastic container that looks like faux marble seemed like a possible solution. My first impression when I saw it was that it looked and felt cheap. The plastic is light, the edges are straight and look unfinished (but they're not rough). It has small rubber protectors on the lower corners and the plastic insert for standing scissors and combs can be removed. But I think this container looks like a super simple and inexpensive item. It certainly doesn't look like anything special. It has six compartments, is compact and doesn't look like it will fit in my brushes because it felt small and flat. However, it actually measures just over 4 inches deep and is remarkably functional. I currently have 7 large brushes upright in 5 compartments and 2 scissors in one compartment with a removable insert that keeps them upright. My brushes are accessible but organized and I have no problem with them falling off. While the quality is okay at best, the functionality is good. Pleases. 4 stars.
